Return & Refund Policy

Due to the health, safety, and integrity of our products, all sales are generally final, except as described below or as otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.

Please carefully review your order and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Talvren within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Talvren may request additional information or documentation necessary to review the claim.

Lost Shipments

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address, or packages that go unclaimed, are not eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is available.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter fulfillment quickly. Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible and are only possible before an order enters fulfillment. Orders generally may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Once an order has been accepted for fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the refund results from an error attributable to Talvren.
